I just completed a deer mount (the first). I used Dan Reinhart video and it went great, only thing I changed was to use Krowtann instead of Dan's tan. I have a question, he did not address a finish for the antlers when all drying completed. Do you put a finish on them? if so what? or what?

Looks best with no finish, keeps the most natural look. James
want to wipe them down with a little wd-40 on a rag. Antlers dry out and this will keep them looking fresh and new.
