Hellow friends,
I recently harvested a buck and I would like to use his front legs/feet for a gun rest. What is the best way to dry the legs out and then make them rigid? Is this ONLY a job for a professional, or can a laymen do it as well?
Sure would appreciate some words of wisdom!

Should be skinned out and have a rigid form used for support. My recomendation would be to take them to a taxidermist. The gun rack you are talking about is very inexpensive to have done professionally. Joe
