Opening day was a good one. Shot 4 does before 0900. Saw 16 deer before 9. All does or small basket rack bucks. I let the bucks walk. But I would like to know if anyone has a good recipe for venison slim jims. I have 52 lbs I want to make into slim jims/snacks sticks. Thx Eddie

Try them...I'm not sure if you wanted to do it your self but this place has incredible slections. Just call and talk to them, real nice guys. Might even give you some tips on doing it your self.
