I just measured my buck I harvested, the neck measurement was 20.75 after skinning. The second measurement 3" down was 24.50 inches. HE WAS BIG! The form I want to use only comes in a 22/24 or a 21/23? Even in the swelled neck versions, I can get the B or C to match closely. I'm a beginner so I need help.
Second question, what size eye do I use. The form book say's a 21-28 mm but that doesn't help. Thanks

measure after tanning and shaving. You may be able to get an additional inch out of it. as far as eye size you should measure your orginal,but for a neck that big I would use a 3o or 32.
