Skinning with a shoulder mount in mind

My father is buying deer capes from people but they dont know how to cape it out without cutting all the way down the throat of the deer. this wont work so I'm trying to find instructions with pictures on how to skin the deer so it is usable in a shoulder mount... any ideas on where to find that? thanks,

draw one

i saw one on a site but dont remember what site it was on. but if i were you i would just make a basic drawing. you dont have to be that great of an artist, just show from antler to antler, the Y. then around the body behind the legs. around the leg and up the back. just make copies and send them out or give it to them.
