can someone give me directions on how to skin the feet to make a gun rack and how to preserve it

to do all this work on the deer you mentioned about in the last 2 postings? first being what to do with the hide after it dries hard as a board. then skull cleaning. Now gunrack? your gonna be a busy guy. Hope you are doing one at a time and that the remaining items you plan on working on arent just settting outside baking away in the sun.
Corse slippage may be a factor to consider.If your not sure what that is .its when bacteria sets in on the hide and causes the hair to fall out in those nice big globs.May wanna consider some stop rot in your near future purchases, cause I highly doubt just a little dp or soaking in the denatured alcohol is gonna work for you .best of luck tho.
