I have studied the little orange guy for about two hours now and of course my question is not clear to me yet. I have pickled my hide with saftee acid and tanned my hide with kwik n eze tan from Bruce Rittel. Well i dont have a fleshing machine so i do it by hand.Yes thats my first problem, I have noticed that I have some shrinkage and i am not to happy about it. Well the problem is that i already tanned it and i put it in the freezer ready to mount. Can i defrost the hide and rethin it again and tan it again. Thank you Leo

Leo-
If your hide is tanned properly, you can simply thaw and thin to suit your needs before mounting; no need to re-tan.
