deer ears

I am having problems with ears looking so big with ear liner. Does anyone have any ideas for substitute for ear liners.

are you using to big a liner? are you trimming it to fit? Do they stand up to high? What do you mean by to big? Do you get drumming? Sorry for the questions but i think ear liners are the best. I haven't had one yet I didn't have to trim some. I tried Bondo and don't like it. to me the ears are just to thick with it. I think some use just ear magic, i use it to glue my liners with. I did use it only for a boar last week Its dring as we speak and they are starting to get hard. I have had to work the shape daily. therefore I think liners are quicker in the end.

if you dont have the ears positioned right they will look odd.i had that problem in the past.if the ears are too low they almost look like a mule deer.make sure you have good referance on hand.
