I have a deer rack that has about 1/2inch chewed offthe tip of main
beam any ideas to fix it.

then type in antler repair with Apoxy Sculpt or Magic Sculpt.
Lots of ideas, or saw the tip off another rack and use it, I've done that before also. You just have to blend the two pieces together.
Well, you could just sand it( & rasp) down to a point again. Makes it a little shorter but depends on how important it is to get it back to original length.
use apozy sculpt to rebuild it.I had to put an whole antler back together that was shot off.It works great!
