spray them with a liberal coat of clorox cleanup. do not leave on for more than 30 seconds, then rince with clean water. If not satispyed. do it again. But once usuly does the trick.

Oxyclean

On smoke stained antlers I've had reasonably good luck with Oxyclean. Some clean up better than others and I really have no explaination as to why that is. You can soak the antlers in it for a long time without any worry of damage to the antler.
