They are a decent place to start

If you never watch another video....you will be alright with these.
There are more advanced ways of doing things...tanning, pickles, etc....but Bill's methods are sound....especially for a beginner (In my opinion)

I have these videos, and love them. I am just starting out, and watching these gave me confidence.
