I've heard many good things about the Eager Beaver and Cape Master fleshing machines. Which would you recommend? Are there better machines out there? Thanks for your help.

i just got one and its a pleasure to use!
Is my choice for only I have one and love it. Now looking at what Van Dykes is producing, I do like their set up. It looks beginner friendly with many adjustments to help you get a good thin hide with out cutting holes.
In the end the choice is yours. You'll hear good about both but either way you make the choice. Besides between the two you couldn't go wrong.
