Slipping hair on ears

Submitted by Paul on 3/31/06 at 4:06 PM. ( ) 216.102.8.71

I am working on a mule deer cape that before i sent to the tannery about a thumb size circle of hair fell out. No more hair seems like it will slip so if it does not get any worse what should i do to fix it? Should I add hair and if so, how? The hole is on the back of the ear, should I hope the costumer does not notice?

Just cut the bald spot out and sew it up. Never count on the customer not seeing it. You are using bad ethics doing that, just cut & sew.

The hair usually slips behind ears first, usually because the customer did not care for it properly, explain this to them or You will be dealing with the same problem agian next time. (treat it like your gonna eat it)

Thanks
