I was wondering if any supplier makes an earliner specifically for a whitetail doe? I normally use Eppley earliners and they are going to be way too big for a doe. I figure if I downsize them to fit they are likely going to be improperly shaped.

Rick Carter's ear liners. A company by the name of WASCO has them. I don't know where you are from, but Rick's ear liners are the same size as the average doe ear around here.
