I just tried useing Epo-Grip for some antler repairs...Besides being about impossible, how do you form an antler tip with this stuff. It just sticks to my fingers, hands, doesn't smooth out worth a darn. Is there any tricks, also what do you use to remove it off your hands. I tried wearing rubber gloves and they just stuck together. Oh and by the way that stuff REAKS.

Sheese.
Epo-Grip Hode Adhesive is not the correct product for antler repair. but it can be done.
THe fact your skills are not good enough is the problem.
The forums have not changed much in the last 2 years. Still dumb questions asked by lame brains. Good thing I don't have a "known" name or I'd be considered to be upon a pedestal...lmao. People.. take a look at your questions before submitting and you SHOULD most likely be able to answer them yourselves.

Did I fail to mention that you yourself are an idiot?
So sorry.
What product are you using? There is a wide varity of products that Epo-Grips make. The one I use is called antler repair. It's a cream color that is very close to the color of the antler.
What you do is drill a hole the antler and using the quick set I place a 10 guage wire in ther and let that set up. From there you take all game, apoxie sculpt or whatever you like and form most of the antler with this. After that sets up, you then use the product from Epo-Grip to finish off the antler. When it begins to set up you can place a few soft groves in it to make it more realistic and then stain with your favorite colors.
Before you knock a product down you should try and read in the search button for all of this info is already there. Coming on here and trying to bash a product you don't know how to use was a bit out of hand and well you can see from the negative remarks you got. Next time do a search or ask for some info first and you won't get as bashed!
If you're using the Seam and Seal for antler repairs, it IS extremely sticky. When I'm using it, I spray Windex on my hand and on the epoxy. As I work it, I spray the work. You only have 10 minutes and you continue to work it till it starts to warm. Continue to shape it and when it starts to get warm, get serious.
Had you read the archives on that particular product you're using, you wouldn't have made such a stupid statement. Next time click that orange SEARCH icon.
