Please critique my fourth mount

Please critique this deer for me. This is my fourth whitetail mount. It is a Joe Coombs semi-sneak sweep form and the cape was tanned by Dave Patton. I do not have an airbrush. I know the insides of the ears and around the eyes could use a little touch up. The right nostril on the form was broken when I received it. Thanks in advance!

Tough to tell from photos, you can't really see the nose details, and it looks as if you may need to build up the front of the eyes some. They look like human eye shape, you may need to round them up a little. Do you have reference photos? I've found them to be very helpful when you are new. Also check the rotation on the ears. they may need to rotate down just a bit.(But I can't tell for sure.)

Good Luck

Look Chuck I just started myself but I looked at the pictures really hard and you did a great job congrats. To tell you the truth if somebody were to walk in the house and look at the head they would not even notice the things that you said needs to be done. Keep up the good work.

eye transition at front of eye into gland is not right - hard to tell what is wrong without more closeups - all in all excellent

looks good

the lower lip needs to be hair to hair with the top lip, you have some leather showing.
