I have two kids now. The last time i competed was in 98 I think. I miss all the guys like Puss,Brian Daniels,Ron Ball, Art,Bob, Steve Burgeye, hope I spelled that right, and the rest of the guys that helped me become a better Taxidermist through PTO and OATS. Im not even a member anymore. I have a son who races motorcross and Im really trying to spend as much time with him as I can. I have a full time job besides my taxidermy business and I just dont have the spare time right now. My wife said it will be another chapter in my life to go back to competion!... but I cant wait! Every time I go to Hiltons, Im there about an hour. As for the kids, they are now 13 & 14. When I first started foolin with deer heads my Daughter was about 1. Man does time fly! Now from March to November we are all together in our motorhome every weekend at some MX track somewhere in Ohio or Michigan. It is very expensive, but Im with my family so how could I afford not to! I do find time to mount heads Mon-Wed, finish and airbrush on Thursdays and pack for the weekend on friday! Keep in touch, Your new friend, Todd
I just figured out who you are, I sat next to you one time at a seminar. I think you were just getting started like I was with competition deer heads, If I remember right you had a little folder/portfolio and you showed it to me. I checked out your web site. You really made a sucessful career for yourself! Great job! Im not quite ready for that yet thats why I thought about wholesale. Im kind of affraid to get a site because I can only handle 60 or 70 deer a year. Right now I average 30-40.
