Ok this might sound dumb. but I have the paasche H series. When I put the needle in the tip and tighten the set screw how far should the needle be in that hole. Is there a set place for it to go so tip and needle line up with the air outlet or below it or above it or what. It seems like when I clean my brush and put it back together sometime it doesnt spray right. Also does anyone know where I can get some more of the O rings that go on the air cap. Thanks, kevin

I to use the H series and love it still after 12+ years. When you secure the needle back into position, I put it all the way back in and align the hole to the top in the cone. You can mark the top back portion of the needle stem with a scratch to know you have the hole on top. When changing colors, if using water base, you can just spray alittle windex throught the brush and go to next color. About once every month, I take mine completely apart and soak in thinner to clean throughly. As fas as the o rings, I use the ones out of old thunderhead broadhead packages. You can probably find them at lowes or home depot though. Hope this helps and enjoy.
If your talking about o rings you can order straight from Paasche,I believe they come in a dozen for a couple bucks.
If you have a Ace Hardware, check with them for the rings. Plumbing shops will also carry them. Personally, I don't use them. After they cracked and broke apart and were replaced repeatedly, I said the heck with it. That was 20 plus years ago and I haven't used them since. I may be lucky though with my Paasche. Try yours and see if you need the o'ring. Like I said, maybe my brush is an exception.
I push the needle all the way in to the back shoulder ring on the needle it's self. Make sure the cap is screwed all the way on. Tighten your set screw and that's it. Matt may have a point with the position of the hole. Some guys say up, others down... Good Luck.
