I have a old set of antlers that have been dry for several years, want to clean them off so it can be mounted. what is the fastes way to do this. there is still skin and hair.

Soak them in water for a day ...should peel right off
If and when the water doesn't work like you had hoped, reach for some household ammonia and soak it in that. The ammonia will cause the tissue to swell immensely, allowing for easy removal by hand. This is the only way to remove truly mummified flesh without the help of dermestids.
