Deer Hair Ear Slippage

Hi,
I have a deer cape that has some hair slippage on the backside of the ear. It started slipping when I was fleshing/turning the ears before being tanned but didn't do anything about it. Now it's back from being wet tanned and am just wondering if there is anything I could do to repair it or make it less noticeble. It probably won't be that noticeble since it is on the back lower part of the ear, but I am just curious as to any advice on this.
Thanks!
