missing hair

I just recieved capes back from tannery has anyone ever fixed bare spots around the upper lip on both sides before ?

is not too big you might be able to airbrush and hide. Start with off-white then lightly mist a little coco brown. Sometimes the challenge is not mounting the head but trying to hide mistakes or imperfections. Good Luck!


One way to cover

the bare spots is to paint a thin coat of an epoxy adhesive & then carefully lay the right length hairs in place. Start at one end & layer the hair. it is slow & painstaking work but you can get pretty good results.

Have you ever cut and sewn the lip area ? maybe the size of a quarter, tannery said it was fixable otherwise they wouldnt have continued with the process
