I have a [a supply company] mount form which I had hoped to prepare for a muley cap i have but it seems the cape is a bit small for it... Also wondering how I can mount "board-cut/plaque-cut" antlers to it...It has a insert normally used for mounting a cut skull into it, but the 2 racks I have (one a muley set one a whitetail set) are both plaque-cut, Is there some
thing I can do to "build" up the back as if it were a skullplate?

Research sells an item they call a "skull repair" mold.
It is a two piece mold of a skull cap and pedicals that can be clamped around the burrs, then filled with "long fibre" bondo.
You end up with a full skull plate, trim it to fit your form and mount as usual.

Maybe if you call a certain supply company, they can sell you a reference picture that was stolen from someone.
