Just wondering what is the most often used pose for mature, heavy-horned mulies with tall narrow antlers? Have an undecided customer that would like some suggestions. I would greatly appreciate in input! Thanks in advance, James.

I think it has more to do with the ears than the form. Putting the ears forward makes the rack look even more narrow. I just did a tall narrow set and used a full sneak. I think the most popular is always going to be a semi-sneak regardless of antlers.
Id go with ears back and a semi-sneak.
I would use either a full sneak or a semi-sneak (I use Bill Lancaster's forms) but use a turn if not the ears can make them look funny.
I ask is do you have a place in mind to put it. You can then tailor the pose to the area intended. If not a straight will go anywhere. Sort of boring yes, but its theirs not yours, its one of the first critical concepts to get over in taxidermy for profit. Most want the deer posed as it was when they first saw it. OR gently persuade them to let you decide which way it looks best, which means I'm mounting it to show the horns off and/or hide any "flaws". Sometimes you want to accentuate any character type abnormalities.
I appreciate the input, I'll run the ideas by the client. Thanks fellas!
