I just finished my first W.T. nose using your method. It took me about an hour and looks nowhere near as good as your noses. However it does look better than the noses I have been producing. I had a little trouble applying the black or light black, I was'nt sure if it was supposed to mean dark gray or brushing on black very lightly. Anyway I'm certain I'll get better at it. Overall I think it was a success.
Thanks for the help
Todd
PS you are using laquer air brush paints, right? I watched a seminar one time by Ed P. and he painted with oils.

As you are now experiencing to produce a quality nose is not easy. When I say start out lightly using that black that is exactly what I mean. You should have that nose reference right in front of you.
Yes, I am using all lacquers. Keep on trying and always ask yourself am I using to much black. Good Luck.
