The first deeer is from year before last. (had it already on the wall) the 2cd two bucks are from this past year and I just picked up the mounts yesterday :)

You mean like where the mount meets the wall? Is there a reason it should be tucked under? THe hide is attached the base and is tucked under the hair from the shoulder is what is feathered out. so would the hair being spread out along the wall make it messed up? I kinda liked it that way LOL

...but I'd have to agree with lee. To clarify what I think lee is talking about, the area where the deer ends and meets the wall should be a nice, smooth curve/line to the eye. Right now there is some hair sticking out and then an inch later it's tucked. And so forth. It looks a little "jagged". Look at some pics of some "award winning" shoulder mounts in the Taxi.net taxidermists websites section and you'll see what we're talking about...

Actually it does look kinda uneven now that I stand there and look at them... I didnt do it on purpose It just sort of is where it is from when my husband hung it up last night. I guess Ill have to either tuck it all under or make it all fluff out.
