I have been asked to restore several old whitetail neck mounts. The most obvious challenge is that all of them have curly ears. I'm sure I know the cause, but am wondering how to solve this problem. If anyone can suggest how I can flatten the ear edges permanently, I'd sure appreciate a reply.
