how do clean a mako sharks jaw?

i caught a 220 lb Mako shark the other day and i kept the jaws. how do i clean them?what's the easiest way?

Cut as much meat off as you can. Put the jaws in a bucket of water for two or three days. I don't recommend any longer. mbrush remaining meat off with a tooth brush. rub borax over the jaws till pretty clean. put something between the jaws that will come out later and set in the Sun to dry.
