Freezing fish

Can i just skin a fish and then re-freeze it for future mounting,or should i cure it firstthen freeze?

either way. However make sure you wrap the skin in a manner that it won't dry out. Even then you can rehydrate. See John. Answering his question wasn't that bad. It took me all of 20 seconds. LOL
