Best Way To Remove Flashig

Whats the best way to remove the flashing on BIG reproductions, like Blue marlin 10' and bigger. I knoiw there has to be a better way than I am doing.

I have an assortment of sizes and grits I use, but the very BEST way I've found is to buy them either "Ready to Paint" or even better, "Customer Ready".

Haven't you ever wondered by the front teeth look funny in those folks that do the repros down south. It ain't the pork rinds!
