Just a little tip. If you happen to smack one of your 8' billets on the ceiling, count to 60 BEFORE you look up to see what you hit! (Trust me on this one - lol!)

That you hit?
should I say hit you?
If you're not familiar with the Buoyancy Billets, they are a softer carving foam that leaves dust everywhere. So, when I smacked the I-beam and looked up I got a face full of styrafoam dust! Had slimy fish hands at the time too and couldn't rub my eyes at all - OUCH! (Some of you regulars are laughing right now aren't ya?)
Just think how good it is for your lungs if you don't protect them!
...but look at the money I'm saving - lol!
until you start to get sick from lung problems, Like bronchitis and pneumonia, that stuff when it gets in your lungs it will not come out, "Trust" me as you said, iam saying it by experience.
Can you tell me....how you carve that type of foam...it sticks to everything and how do you smooth it....I've been using the blue carving foam and it works great...but as I live in Canada...I've been having no luck trying to purchase it here.
Regards....Ken
