I am building a splash scene for a firend. I have my splashes built but am having a little trouble creating the turbulance around the fish. I know I have to cut a hole in my plexiglass for the fish to stick up through, but how do I seal it off to pour around him. Also, what is the best method for making that turbulant bubbling white water around the fish?
