I ordered a "mounting a catfish video" from john rinehart catalog. There is no sound. It says to flip a switch on the back of your VCR to non-hi-fi. I've never seen a hi-fi vcr with a switch on the back. Anyway, I called them up and wanted a refund or something. They sent me a new video. Same thing, no sound. What crap. Is there anybody that has any instruction on mounting catfish with sound? Thank You,,

Don't feel bad I know a guy who got the same one three times before it played sound, so your not the only one.
Not saying tape is not defective ,but sometimes you have too check your tv setup and turn on speakers for the tape ,dvd. I have too do this everytime i want to watch dvd on a couple of my tv.s
