Summer Flounder recommendations

Hi, does anyone know of a excellent taxidermist who can do a summer flounder (36inch) reproduction with gills flared and in a pose about to strike a baitfish. The mount is to be used for a display with other saltwater fish. If so, can someone please email me (baboxbrain@aol.com) so that I can request a picture of their work?

I've surfed the web for months and have not seen any that look realistic. I apologize if this isn't the appropriate place to ask for such a thing, but I am desperate.

Thank you.

Thank you.
You have all been very helpful. I respect your profession dearly and it's a shame I never was good enough an artist to at least attempt the artistry as a hobby.
