I'll be draining one of my ponds this fall, and will be able to recover a good supply of bluegills and some yellow perch in excellent shape that are the the appropriate size for freeze drying for use in diarama's etc.
For those of you that freeze dry, is placing them in zip lock bags good enough before freezing? Should they be packaged individually, or can I place several in a bag? Any special things I should consider if I market these frozen to those that would be be interested in freeze drying them?
