Degreasing speckeled trout

what is the best solution to use to degreasing a speck any help will be appreciated

Is this a gulf spec? If so, then I would cast the head, fins and tail and make sure to remove all the collar bones. I personally would use a deep cleaning degreaser like Rittles and then follow with dawn and denatured alcohol as Marty outlined in the other post. Some specs can be real grease balls and those are better suited for repos.

do I have to use an artifical head fins and tails? And yes it is a Gulf Speck

I would use cast heads, fins and tail and would ensure I removed all traces of collarbone.

They can be mounted by conventional methods but I would advise against it.
