Making large salmon teeth

What is the best way to make reproduction teeth for male spawning Sockeye Salmon? I tried the Epo-Grip tooth mix and I had to mix in alittle cabosil to thicken it to make the tooth stand up better, but I can't seem to make a large curving tooth with any consistancy. I can make small trout teeth with no problems, but the larger teeth I just can't seem to do. I know it can be done because I have seen it in several big salmon and shark repros. What do the pros do?

Remove intact along with the connective tissue and degrease and dry, or place them back into the artifical head individually. I suppose you could cast them too.
