Currently have three hogs to mount that I cant find forms for.
The hogs weighed about 60lbs. What I did was order javelina
forms & hog jawsets. Problem, even ordering the smallest hog
jaws they are to big to fit in the form. I was able to fit
the upper jaw in place but the lower jaw is to wide for the
form. Any suggestions?

Get the correct jaws for the form. Tha is all there is to it Hog jaw set for hogs and javelina for javelina.

jeff try to use the original jaws out of your hog and if your form is the same size as the cape this will work. tom

They are hogs. No one makes a hog form(That Ive seen) as small
as I need. I believe the neck measurement was around 18".
The javelina forms were the closest match that I found. I
cant use the original jaws since I dont have them. I also
ordered the smallest hog jawsets I could find.

Jeff-
test fit you capes on the javelina forms. hogs usually do have
wider muzzles, therefore, you should have lots of hide in the
jaw area.
if you do, then add foam to the form, carve to shape, and then
install jawset.
Use references, you'll have some other thing to change, too.
