elk ear

how should i go about fixing and elk ear that is a little loose at the base a storm came by and blew a tree aginst the outside of my shop and the elk fell off the wall and landed on its antlers
only thing wrong was that the antler pins are bent and one ear is a little loose

Pick up a large needle and syringe from a farm supply store.Then fill it up with latex caulking, and inject it through the hide and into the ear butt. You can feel the empty loose area. Pump it up and let it hang. When it sets up things should be locked back in place.
