First time for me to mount a nasty wild boar. What is the best way or product to degrease before tanning?
After you finish fleshing, scraping, whittling,on your boar cape,wash it in Dawn dish washing liquid. Scrub it good and this should do the trick. I know there are many good degreasers on the market,but this always works for me. I have also used Kemal-4 from Knoblochs it is a degreaser and cleaner as well.
Has a great degreaser that is made for our industry.
