If any one out there has some helpful info on mounting a moose please share.What is the best to use for the bell? Any helpful tips about the bell,tucking eyes,Lips,nostrils.

It depends on what's there on the cape already. If it is a young bull and only has a long, skinny shank of a bell.....sew it back up and run a 10 gauge wire up it and into the form. Use plenty of hide-paste of your choice. If the bell is wide, but not very deep,and is more like a dewlap,cut a piece of plywood that will fill it's shape, channel out a trench that will accept the plywood in the exact place where the bell will lay in the form and bondo it in. Use clay and hide-paste to shape it and slip the hide over that. Other than referring to referance for this specie, for logistics, it's just another mount.
