Iuse black paste shoe polish.It cives a much more natural look than PAINT
I quit useing shoe polish 25 years ago. Buff horns and especialy african horns are not just "black".

I buff most of the polish off leaving them hilited very nice. You can paint all of yours and that will be fine.I was just trying to help the fellow out.As you can see I am not ashamed of my name or my address
