I have received 2 capes that have been salted without having the eyes,lips,nose and ears turned. Is there anything that may help in the rehydration process that will allow the eyes etc. to be turned? Or are they a lost cause?

Rittels "ultra soft" or Van Dykes " van Wet " instructions come with the product.
I took "John's" advise earlier this year and just lightly misted the areas that needed work and then resalted when done. I didn't have a problem.
