I was wondering if the same dermistid beetles that eat the skulls, are the same ones that eat mounts. Thanks

Yes from personal experience I have found that dermistis beetles do indeed eat the skulls. A little personal tip of mine, I find that if you put the beetles in a solution of orange zest and a little virgin oil (for that extra kick) the upper torso comes up beautifully. All I can say now is good luck and have fun with taxidermy!

PS: I am an avid taxidermy fan.
