I was wondering if anyone out there have used The Tohickon I Q series mule deer or w.t. deer eyes for moose. All the catalogs recommend using the the aspheric 230 style. Is the structure or shape of a deer's eye different to an eye of a moose and thus requires an aspheric eye?

For one thing is price and the other is quality the third is the way there made. This eyes IQ are made to look like the real thing.
IQ are probally one of the best eyes made out there. A company will always recomend an eye that is pleasing to look at and the customer aslo will like. The price is economical for most to buy and use.
I use IQ for all my mounts no matter what I'm mounting but thats my choice. If your looking for quality then go with IQ.
