I have and audad now for over one year that still did not release one of its horns. I tried to soak it in a tub of water, that didn't work. I used beetles, no luck there either. I just let it lay out and hoped it would release like the cowhorns do when they lay out on the pasture. Yeah right. Still on tight like day one. Tried boiling it. Nope, it won't budge. So here I am a year later and hoping that maybe out there is someone who has the answer to my dilemma. My customer is getting anxious to have his audad back. I'm anxious to mount it so I can collect some money. So if there is someone who has any suggestions, any at all besides the things listed above, I'd highly appreciate it.
