Elk pedicle problem.

I have a question about an elk rack that my buddy found.
I was wondering if it could be mounted and if it would be a major problem doing so. It has 5 points on one side and the other has a long spike and a large drop thats shaped like a club on it.
The club side though looks to have been damaged some how the skull is split on that side and the pedicle shifted down and out on an angle. Its all in 1 pc but not sure what can be done. Im just getting into taxidermy and wont try it for awhile but would like ta know if it can be done for later down the road.
Thanks all, Newbie

I am assuming that you mean the skull plate is all in one piece. In that case the pedicals are most likely in there correct positions and should be mounted as such being the rack is "non" typical. However, If the skull plate is apart then I would re-align the skull plate so the seams it the skull matched up or so the pedicals were even, then position them on my maniquin then epoxy and screw them tight. Then use some mache to finish everything off and build up the muscle around the head area.
