preserving deer feet

Submitted by dobber on 01/06/2003. ( )

Can anyone tell me how to preserve deer feet using alum. I had a buddie that use to soak them in alum and water, but I'm not sure how much of what to use and how long to let them soak. Don't know if he used anything else. where do you buy alum , besides the grocery in those little bottles. thanks for any help you all might give.

If you hit the orange search button on the left and type in deer foot preservation you will find the answers to your questions and probably and easier way to do it.

Try preserving deer feet, deer foot gun racks, all those pulled up information on what you need to do for me.
