talking to a taxidermist i figured, i wanna do a horn mount by removing the skull plate and covering up the plate with some velet crap and mounting it on that plaque he said that he would do it all for $120 is that a reasoanble price for such a procedure

I'd probably charge more, especially if I had to come up with "some velvet crap". And a barbary, aoudad, and ibex are 3 separate animals, not two.
