EASILY DONE

Before sewing the back of the head up, apply a good coat of hide glue on the skin and on the horn/skull material that goes around the horn bases. THEN after sewing the back of the head up, you can tack the skin up to meet the edge of the horns. Remove the tacks after the skin/glue is completely dry, it will remain there.

Super Glue

I use super glue to immediately stick the skin together or to the underside of the horn base. Be careful when you stick it, it stays.
