Can anything be done to repair a horn that has splintered in several layers at the tip? This area is 3 - 4 inches long.

Try applying some epoxy to the insid of the splits,clamp and let dry.Vice grips should work to clamp it !Then if you still have any small gaps work in some sculp-all texture to match horn then paint!Ta- DA
